Is this a gimic by PS? They are going to be releasing a silver PS2 around the time the 360 is due out.

Guess this is the one that the grandparents will be getting for the grandkids cause they were told "get the silver one" which really means X360, but they aren't going to know the diff.

The defendant successfully argued that the mod chip did not infringe on Sony's technological protection measures because they did not inhibit the infringement of copyright.
