Xbox modders formally charged

Three California men have been formally charged under the Digital Millenium Copyrights Act for selling modded Xbox consoles with pirated games.

Next-Gen reports that Jason Jones and Jonathan Bryant, co-owners of ACME Game Store, and Pei "Patrick" Cai were named in the indictment Thursday.

For a mere $265 you could have purchased one of these consoles along with 75 games.
