Whether the PS3 makes it or not we do have some new PS3 news to tell you about.

First, there is a great interview with Sony Computer Entertainment president Kaz Hirai in which he addresses some of the issues with the forthcoming PS3.

But one of the things I found interesting is that, according to him, the PS3 hasn't even started production yet! However the interview does say the "company is targeting 2 million PS3s available at launch".

So what will you be able to do with your PS3 if you manage to get your hands on one? Well according to Next-Gen there will be 27 games on display at the Tokyo Game Show next month, although we don't know for sure if they will be ready when the console launches.
