No it's just a cheap overseas rip-off phone. Check out this PSP shaped phone from a chinese manufacturer. It's called the V191 and comes with a 1 .3-megapixel camera, MP3 player, some included emulators, SD expandability, etc. I mean really with the PSP going downhill like it is why would you want your phone to look like one? Baffles me but it does have the word FUN stamped on it. That must be a sign...
