wireless NES controller mod for Wii, power consumption reports and more
There were a few interesting articles put out in the past couple weeks highlighting the Wii so we thought we'd share them here.
First is this wireless hack for for SNES and NES Controllers to help make them Wii wireless compatible.
It looks pretty straightforward with some off-the-shelf components.

If you need more reasons to buy a Wii here are 2 more:
First is an environmental reason.
According to Gizmodo the Wii has the lowest power consumption of all the consoles.
At a tiny 18.5 watts at peak output the Wii is dwarfed by the 360 at over 180 peak watts and and almost 200 watts for the PS3.
